Exchange & Returns made easy.
Lace & Pearl Bridal Boutique offers a fantastic service for you to exchange or return your purchase. The process is simple and we have made every effort to make it as hassle free as possible. Ordered the wrong size, I would like to exchange it
Simply complete the enclosed Returns form fully and return it with the item(s) for exchange.
We will accept returns for 14 working days after you received your purchase if the following conditions are met:
  • – All items must be unworn and undamaged, with all labels intact
  • – All items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • – All items must be returned within 14 working days from when the goods were received
Please note, that if you wish to try a pair of shoes please do so only on carpet.
Any exchange is subjected to stock availability. We will contact you immediately if your items can not be exchanged.
I have changed my mind, can I return my purchase?
We are sure that you will be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Lace and Pearl Bridal Boutique. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply complete the Returns form fully and return it with the item(s). We will accept returns, if the following conditions are met:
  • – All items must be unworn and undamaged, with all labels intact
  • – All items must be returned within 14 working days (Overseas, 30 days) from when the goods were received
  • – No returns on pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons
Please note, that if you wish to try a pair of shoes please do so only on carpet.
Any postage and packaging costs initially paid will not be refunded.
You will not be entitled to a refund for goods received back outside of the above time frame.
I have returned the item(s), when do you dispatch the exchange?
We aim to process all exchanges within 1 week however in busy periods this might take up to 14 days. You will get an email confirmation once your exchange items have been dispatched. Please note that exchange is subjected to stock availability and we might not be able to exchange sale items.
If your item(s) can not be exchanged for any reason, we will contact you immediately.
I received my item and it seems to be faulty or damaged
If the item(s) you received seems to be faulty or damaged, please email naomi@laceandpearlbridal.co.uk within 3 working days of you receiving the goods. Once the item(s) have arrived back to us, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement is not available we will contact you immediately.
I have returned the item(s), when do I get my refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 1 week however in busy periods this might take up to 14 days. You will get an email confirmation once your order have been refunded. Please note that it might take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your account.
